2016 Was another great year for HCRA!  We decided to spend this year learning and going to clinics instead of showing as often as we did in 2015!    We had a lot of fun in the process and met a lot of great new friends and "clinic junkies"!

We attended clinics given by Olympians Bernie Traurig, Anne Kursinski, Nona Garson and Greg Best.  And Stephanie and Texas Checkmate got to go all the way to San Diego, California, to spend a whole week with Bernie Traurig at his summer workshop!  Everyone learned so much and our riding as a barn has gotten so much better!  If you come here you'll see our youngest and oldest riders practicing over poles and counting strides 8 away from the fences and poles!
